Reservation Deposit

1. To reserve a spot in the training program, the applicant is required to submit a deposit of 400€. This deposit is non-refundable and remains fully transferable until 42 days (6 weeks) before the course begins.

2. Payment methods may include direct bank transfer, payment link, credit/debit card payment, or PayPal. The applicant is responsible for any supplementary transactional or exchange rate charges incurred.

Second Payment and Remaining Balance

Terms and Conditions for Students with Paid Reservation Deposit (400€)

Single Occupancy Package

To secure a single occupancy package, students who have already submitted the reservation deposit of 400€ are required to make a second payment of at least 1.000€ no later than 42 days (6 weeks) before the course start date. This second payment is fully refundable or transferable up until 42 days (6 weeks) before the course start date. Beyond this point, the second payment becomes partially refundable or partially transferable. Furthermore, the remaining balance must be settled in cash. Credit card payments and other forms of online payments of the remaining balance may not be accepted upon arrival unless individually agreed.

Shared Occupancy Packages

The outstanding balance may be:

1. Partially settled through another bank transfer, payment link, credit/debit card payment, or PayPal. The applicant is responsible for any supplementary transactional or exchange rate charges incurred. This must be completed as per request and no later than six weeks before the course starts. Beyond this point, the second payment becomes partially refundable or partially transferable.
2. Fully paid in cash upon arrival. This approach safeguards your funds from any last-minute or unforeseen circumstances. Credit card payments and other forms of online transfers are not accepted upon arrival unless individually agreed before the start of the course.

Cancellation Policy

In case you need to cancel your spot within 42 days from the course start date, we will retain 15% of the 2nd payment for every 7 days that elapse. This policy is in place because of the limited time we have to find a replacement student for your spot.

Example:
- Cancellation within 42-35 days before the course starts: 15% of the 2nd payment retained.
- Cancellation within 34-21 days before the course starts: 30% of the 2nd payment retained.
- Cancellation within 20-14 days before the course starts: 45% of the 2nd payment retained.
- Cancellation within 13-7 days before the course starts: 60% of the 2nd payment retained.
- Cancellation within 6-1 days before the course starts: 100% of the 2nd payment retained.
